Your data is used exclusively to send the informational newsletter about real estate crowdfunding and editorial content related to the Spanish property market, and to improve the quality of our content.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is the explicit consent of the data subject (Article 6.1.a GDPR), provided when ticking the box in the subscription form.
5. Retention
We will retain your data for as long as your subscription is active or until you exercise your right to erasure. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
